Birth Doula

I can provide you with reassurance, information, the opportunity to ask questions and support during labour so that you can feel more relaxed, in control and better prepared for the birth of your baby.

The Birth Package includes:

• Two antenatal meetings - to get to know each other and to prepare for the birth of your baby together. As an experienced antenatal teacher, you will have the opportunity to gain information as well as movement, positions and breathing skills for labour.

• Birth Support - I will provide support when you need it in labour whether you are booked for a home or hospital birth. I will be on-call for you between 38-42 weeks.

• Two postnatal visits - I can provide you with support and answer any questions you may have about the birth or looking after your new baby. I can help to bath your new baby, provide help with feeding or give you with the opportunity to rest, bathe and eat a meal.

• As part of the package, you can also email or call me before and after the birth of your baby if you have any questions or need support.

Postnatal Doula

I can provide reassurance and practical help as you adjust to life with your new baby. By having the opportunity to ask questions and gaining support you can rest and feel more confident as a parent.

The Home Package includes:

• Emotional support
• Support with bathing and feeding your baby
• Baby massage, early bonding and baby development
• Practical help around the house
• Providing the opportunity for you to rest

£10 per hour, to be booked in two hour slots
