Birth Doula

Reassurance, information, the opportunity to ask questions and support during
your pregnancy and labour so that you can feel more relaxed, in control and better prepared for
the birth of your baby.

The Birth Package includes:

Two antenatal meetings
To get to know each other and to prepare for the birth of your baby together. As an experienced antenatal teacher, you will have the opportunity to gain information as well as movement, positions and breathing skills for labour.

Birth Support
I will provide support when you need it in labour whether you are booked for a home or hospital birth.
I will be on-call for you between 38-42 weeks.

A postnatal visit
I can provide you with support and answer any questions you may have about the birth or looking after your new baby. I can help to bath your new baby, provide help with feeding or give you with the opportunity to rest, bathe and eat a meal.

As part of the package, you can also email or call me before and after the birth of your baby
if you have any questions or need support.

Payment can be made in instalments.

Postnatal Doula Service
On hand whenever you need it

Practical support with your baby and/or your toddler and around the house

Practical help around the house: making food, drink and snacks, tidying up, food shopping
Providing the opportunity for you to rest and sleep
Taking your baby out for a walk - rain or shine - to give you time to chill and rest
Sleep Support
Help with older siblings
Support with bathing and feeding your baby
Help with bedtime
